How do I choose the right size?
Sizing can vary slightly from one item to the next, so we’re happy to check for you.
Email info@neilsjensen.com with the product name and your usual size, plus your chest or waist measurement if you know it. We’ll reply within one working day with the size we’d recommend.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Prices include UK VAT, delivery is free, and there are no card fees or customs charges on delivery. The total at checkout is final.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a prepaid return label, then a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
